Comprised of two 20-story towers lying on a 3.8 acre site that looks across the Bay towards the island municipality of North Bay Village.

The two towers consist of 467 units which will range in size between 685 to 1800 sq. ft. This water-front condo project will include a health club and spa, restaurant,mini-market, 20 slip marina, Bayfront pool. The architectural firm responsible for the design of the project is Cohen, Friedman and Encinosa.
